About Mentor-Mentee System

Mentoring is fundamentally the process of facilitating the successful actualization of an individual's potential and beyond, including objectives, skill sets, practical knowledge, confidence, and social and ethical attitudes. It is a supportive partnership in which the more experienced people have a vested interest in fostering the development of a less experienced individual, aiding them in realising their potential both within and beyond their current capabilities. This one-on-one interaction aims to discover and resolve the challenges faced by students (mentees) to improve their academic and personal potential at the early stages of their careers.

Mentor:  means a faculty/ teacher serving the institution

Mentee:  means students on roll that are pursuing / starting their education at the Institution.
